Agreement

By using the Woongie website (woongie.com), the Woongie mobile app, or any services offered by Woongie, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Woongie is operated by Steve Yong Nam.

What Woongie provides

Woongie is a restaurant discovery platform focused on Korea. We surface restaurants based on Korean blog data and local signals. We also offer paid services including custom food itineraries, local recommendations, personalized trip plans, and in-person local guide experiences.

Content accuracy

Restaurant information, prices, hours, and availability may change without notice. Woongie provides recommendations based on data analysis, not guarantees. We do our best to keep information current, but we are not responsible for inaccuracies in restaurant details, closures, or changes in quality.

Paid services

When you purchase a service (Full Guide, Custom Plan, or Local Guide), you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. All personalized reports are delivered within 3 to 5 business days depending on the product. Delivery is via email or shared Notion document.

User conduct

You agree not to use Woongie for any unlawful purpose, redistribute or resell content from Woongie without permission, scrape or automate access to the website or app, or misrepresent your identity when using our services.

Intellectual property

All content on the Woongie website and app, including text, images, design, and code, is owned by Woongie unless otherwise credited. Blog images credited to Naver bloggers remain the property of their respective owners and are used for editorial reference with attribution.

Limitation of liability

Woongie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to restaurant experiences, travel decisions, or reliance on our recommendations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Woongie after changes constitutes acceptance.
