Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy covers all paid Woongie services: Full Guide, Custom Plan, and Local Guide.

Full Guide ($49)

Full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the guide has been delivered.

No refund after the guide has been delivered to you (via email or Notion). Delivery is typically within 3 to 5 business days.

Custom Plan ($79 to $249)

Full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before work has begun on your plan.

No refund after the personalized plan has been delivered. Delivery is typically within 3 to 5 business days depending on the plan length (1 day, 3 days, or 5 days).

Local Guide ($499)

The Local Guide service includes a full day (9 hours) with an in-person local guide. Because significant planning goes into each booking, the following cancellation terms apply:

2+ weeks before the date: Cancellation with a 30% fee. You receive a 70% refund. This covers the planning and preparation work already completed.

1 to 2 weeks before the date: Cancellation with a 50% fee. You receive a 50% refund.

Less than 1 week before the date: No refund.

How to request a refund

Email contact@woongie.com with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

If we fail to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the above terms. If you experience a genuine issue with the quality of a delivered service, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
